We answer where to put money and in what order. A document you can work from, not a deck that goes in a drawer.
Not everyone needs a strategy, and not always. If you have one product and one channel that pays for itself, put the money into that channel. Strategy starts paying off when there are several directions, the budget grows, and decisions about it get made on gut feeling: "let's try bloggers" or "competitors bought billboards, we should too".
We build strategy as a working document with numbers and deadlines. It states who your customer is, what makes you different to them, which channels to connect and in what order, what that costs, and which indicators will tell you it's working. You should be able to hand it to a new marketer and have them know what to do on Monday.
Segment size and dynamics, who your real competitors are, how they acquire customers and at what price.
Interviews with your customers: why they chose you, what they compared you against, what nearly stopped them.
A statement of difference and key messages per segment — tested for whether that difference is even visible to the customer.
We map the path from first touch to repeat purchase and find the stages where most people drop out.
What to connect, in what order, at what budget and with what expected return. With reasoning, not fashion.
Concrete tasks by week, owners, and metrics to check against. A document for working, not for the shelf.
We look at current numbers: where customers come from, what an enquiry costs, where the journey breaks.
Competitors, market, customer interviews. The longest stage and the only one that can't be skipped.
Positioning, funnel, channels and calculations. We share interim conclusions as we go — no surprises at the end.
We walk you and your team through the document, answer questions, adjust if needed and help at the start.
The cost depends on the number of segments and the depth of research — whether field interviews and market analysis are needed, or desk work with your own data is enough. We price it after diagnostics.
Diagnostics of current marketing and priorities for the coming quarter. Without deep research.
Full cycle: market, audience, positioning, funnel, channels, media plan and action plan.
Strategy plus our involvement in rollout: monthly check-ins, adjustments and metric tracking.
In a consultation we spend half an hour on your task and give two or three ideas you can apply immediately — often enough to get moving. A strategy is several weeks of work with research, calculations and a plan. The difference is roughly that between advice and project documentation.
An express review takes about a week. A full strategy takes three to five weeks, half of which goes on research and customer interviews. The only way to speed it up is to cut research depth, and that's usually a bad trade.
A document with conclusions, calculations and a quarterly action plan, plus a separate media plan in a spreadsheet that's practical to work in. Everything in editable formats: you can extend and update it without us.
We can if you want us to, but we don't insist. The strategy is written so your in-house marketer or another contractor can execute it. We don't build dependence on ourselves into the document — that would be a conflict of interest.
That's why the plan covers a quarter rather than three years and includes metrics to check against. If the indicators move, the plan is rebuilt — that's normal work, not a sign of error. In the supported format we run those check-ins monthly.
